Visits to a Los Angeles Dentist, Floss, and Gum Keeps Teeth Clean

In order to keep your teeth clean and healthy, your Los Angeles dentist would usually recommend brushing twice a day and flossing. Now, consider adding this to your teeth-cleaning regimen: sugarless gum. According to a recent study published in the journal PLOS ONE, chewing gum for up to ten minutes is effective in removing up to 100 million bacteria from the mouth.
